Background
Tom Bosma is currently employed as a postdoctoral researcher at the Radiotherapy department of the University Medical Center Utrecht within the Computational Imaging Group and the rt-RT group of Martin Fast. In 2021 he obtained his PhD in Applied Physics at the University of Groningen for experimenting with color center defects in silicon carbide crystals. After this he lived in Copenhagen (DK) for two years, working as a quantum measurement engineer at Microsoft. Upon returning to the Netherlands Tom decided to test his skills in hardware development for MRI-guided radiotherapy.
